Online Returns Policy Only

We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience, it’s really important that you cherish your purchase from VF Menswear. If you are not completely satisfied with your online order, VF Menswear will gladly refund or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred.

If you want a refund you have to notify us on sales@vfmenswear.com.au within 16 days from date of receipt or 10 days from receiving goods that includes weekends and public holidays. If we haven’t replied to your email in 24 hours please call our store on +61 2 9824 3330 during business hours only. Do not leave a voice mail, as a voice mail message cannot be understood at times if you have a bad line, and we won’t be able to return your call.

For an exchange or a VF Menswear Gift Card you have 16 days from date of your receipt to notify us.

You can try any garment/garments just like you would in a shop, but all we ask that all apparel must be unwashed and/or not dry-cleaned, unworn and in original condition (this includes all original swing tags not removed/cut or torn from garment/garments and packaging). All footwear should be tried on a carpeted surface only before wear. The shoe box and other packaging must accompany the product on return, this does not mean you can’t try them on for size.

Upon inspecting the returned item/items purchased online, we will then gladly credit your original method of payment. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or PayPal and/or bank account that were used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by VF Menswear. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 48 working hours of receiving the goods at the VF Menswear Liverpool store.

Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer.

We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered. “Example the wrong Size or Colour”

Returns By Post

All items purchased on vfmenswear.com.au must be posted back to us. If you want to return in person at our Liverpool store, you must call or email for approval first. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email sales@vfmenswear.com.au you should get a response within 24 hours once you have emailed us (excluding weekends and public holidays) if you don’t get a email response within 24 hours, email us once more as we probably never received your email, or call us on +61 2 9824 3330 during business hours only, do not leave a voice mail, as a voice mail message of your return phone/details cannot be understood sometimes if you have a bad line, and we won’t be able to return your call.

You will then be issued with an authorisation code that must be included with the returned item. This is simply to allow us to keep track of your details so we can best service your needs.

Please return the item/items to us in their original condition within 5 days of receiving your authorisation code and your proof of purchase being: an invoice/receipt, and/or email order confirmation from VF Menswear, or your packing slip.

We would recommend using a traceable method such as signature on delivery or registered post, It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to our return address. If we don’t receive the goods, you can’t receive your refund or credit/exchange.

Exchanges

VF Menswear can’t always guarantee availability of products as our stock is seasonal. However, if you would like to exchange for a different size or colour, please follow the instructions noted below for returns.

You have 16 days from date of receipt of your order to contact customer care or to return your goods for an exchange to take place. VF Menswear cannot guarantee availability of exchanged items if returned products are received outside of this period.

Important: If you require a different size or colour of the same product, or different product altogether, you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund, or call us Monday to Friday during business hours on +61 2 9824 3330 for another alternative solution, we will do our best to make it as easy as possible for you, if we can.
