To take the following measurements (in cm) you need a tape measure.

Across shoulder : Measured across the back from shoulder to shoulder. ( as per image diagram)

Chest Circumference : Wrap the tape measure around the widest point of your chest (the measuring tape should pass beneath the armpits and be positioned at the point of maximum circumference).

Sleeve Length : Measured  from shoulder to wrist. (as per image diagram)

Body length: Measured  from shoulder to hip / hem. (as per image diagram)
