To take the following measurements (in cm), you need a tape measure.

Across shoulder: Measure across the back from shoulder to shoulder.

Chest Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the widest point of your chest (the tape should pass beneath the armpits and be positioned at the maximum circumference).

Sleeve Length: Measured from shoulder to wrist. (as per image diagram)

Body length: Measured from shoulder to hip/hem. (as per image diagram)
