Shipping policy

Shipping:

Free standard delivery for all Australian addresses on orders over $100. All deliveries are by Australia Post or Courier. (excludes any special requests, like express or same day delivery)

  • 4 - 7 business days for standard delivery to metro locations.
  • 7 - 10 business days for standard delivery to regional locations including WA, QLD and NT.

Your billing and shipping address must be within these territories for us to process your order.

Any orders under $100 a flat rate of $12.50 shipping applies.

Express Shipping:

Express Shipping is available, a flat rate of $17.00 applies for express shipping. Delivery approximately in 1-2 business days into capital city metro areas. Please visit the Australia Post website to see expected delivery times to your postcode. Please Note: Before choosing Express Shipping, it’s recommended to check that stock is actually available in store and won’t go on backorder.

Free instore pickup available, usually ready in 24 hours.

International shipping:

At present, international orders are only to following destinations, via DHL Express.

Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

For International Shipping, please email us your order with you full name, delivery address and contact number. Once we have your email order we will send you a proforma to be paid with shipping included, when payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped and an email with you the DHL tracking number will sent.

Please Note: International shipping does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is to be made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.

As a COVID Safe Business under the New South Wales government, we are adhering to the latest COVID-19 Public Health Orders to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees, couriers and customers.

Our deliveries are mostly by Australia Post, as a signature is required on delivery, we therefore recommend that you provide a work address, we can also deliver to PO Boxes if this suits you. Please ensure that address details are accurately completed to prevent unnecessary delays with delivery of your purchase, if using a work address, please be sure to include the business name.

If no one is available to sign for the parcel a calling card will be left to go and pick it up at your nearest post office within 10 working days.

If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:

• Credit card authorisation, money transfer verification and/or address verification must be received prior to processing/shipping.

• Orders placed after Midday, will be processed the following day.

• If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, it will go on backorder and dispatch to you as soon as the item becomes available, we will notify you if this event has occurred or if the item has sold out.

Same Day Deliveries: Please call before 11am before your purchase so we can quote you on same day delivery. (Sydney Metropolitan Area only) 

RETURNS:

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience, it’s really important that you cherish your purchase from VF Menswear, which means you can try the garment/garments on at home just like you would in a shop, (except socks & underwear) Especially when trying on footwear, all we ask is please just try them on a carpeted area at home.

To be eligible for a return all we ask that all apparel must be unwashed and/or not dry-cleaned, unworn and in original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, (This includes all original swing tags not removed/cut or torn from garment/garments and in its original packaging)

All items purchased on vfmenswear.com.au must be posted back to us. If you want to return in person at our Liverpool store, you must call or email for approval first.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email sales@vfmenswear.com.au you should get a response within 24 hours once you have emailed us (excluding weekends and public holidays) if you don’t get a email response within in 24 hours, email us once more as we probably never received your email, or call us on +61 2 9824 3330 during business hours only, do not leave a voice mail, as a voice mail message of your return phone/details cannot be understood sometimes if you have a bad line, and we won’t be able to return your call, if you Email please indicating the reason for the return.

You will then be issued with an authorisation code that must be included with the returned item. This is simply to allow us to keep track of your details so we can best service your needs.

Please return the item/items to us in their original condition within 5 days of receiving your authorisation code and your proof of purchase being: an invoice/receipt, and/or email order confirmation from VF Menswear, or your packing slip.

Returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned bacck to the customer. We regret that we are unable to refund any shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered. “Example the wrong Size or Colour”

We would recommend using a traceable method such as signature on delivery or registered post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to our return address. If we don’t receive the goods, you can’t receive your refund or credit/exchange.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Example: due to hygiene reasons such as socks & underwear. Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products or if opened fragrance products), We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges:
VF can’t always guarantee availability of products as our stock is seasonal. However, if you would like to exchange for a different size or colour, please follow the instructions noted below for returns. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item for a refund, once item has been received and accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
